| This error normally comes when you already have a folder added in C:\Magic Paathshala\Content. All you need to do is delete MTS1 folder and again add the content by clicking on add content. |

| In case you are unable to view the www.Datacompwebtech.com site, then you need to use the following link on some other PC having a net connection & get an unlock code for you PIN number. |

| Sometimes a one of CD could have an issue. In this case please contact your dealer get the CD replaced |

| Make Windows Media player your default player for audio & video files. Start Windows Media Player. From TOOLS menu select OPTIONS, click on File types & ensure that all check boxes are selected |

| No, once Magic Paathshala has been installed, & the content has been added & activated, No need to put the CD in the drive. We can view the content by clicking the start icon in the Paathshala. |

| Can I transfer the paathshala application to another |
| Paathshala CD’s can be run on any one PC/machine. If it is activated in any one PC it will not be allowed to be activated on any other PC as it has been licensed to the first PC. |

There is a bug in Microsoft Office 2007 version which they too have identified & provided a solution in the form of a hot fix which can be downloaded from their site.
This bug has been fixed in hot fix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936522/ as well as Microsoft Office 2007 Service Pack 1.
This would solve the problem in all licensed user PC’s.
If you do not have a licensed version of Microsoft Office 2007 version, you may switch to Microsoft Office 2003 version |

| If my machine is formatted, do I need to buy another CD? |
| No, Once you start using the Machine after formatting, you just need to install Magic Paathshala again, add the content & activate the same PIN Number. You are now ready to use the Magic Paathshala. |

| What do I do when I get an error “429- Activex can’t create object” |
If you have Windows vista, you may have to change the setting according to instructions given below (Also provided in Paathshala guide)
- Go to Control Panel & click on “User Accounts
- Select “Turn User Account Control on or off
- If the checkbox “User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer” is checked then uncheck it and click on OK button. ALWAYS KEEP THIS SETTING TO OFF for proper functioning of the Magic Paathshala content
- Restart your machine and then install Magic Paathshala (MPSetup.exe)

| If I get a message box saying “A newer version of this application is already installed on this computer. If you wish to install this version, please uninstall the newer version first. Click ok to exit the wizard”, what do I do? |
| Since you already have a newer version installed, please do not uninstall. Just click ok to exit the wizard & continue with adding & activating the content. |

| If I get a message “Magic Paathshala version 1.1 or higher is needed to run this presentation Please update to the latest version of the application that is provided with this content " , what do I do ? |
| In this case , you need to re-install Magic Paathshala from the CD that you are trying to run currently from the Magic Paathshala folder , by double clicking on the file MPSETUP. |
