I have got a Permission Denied error while trying to add the content of Paatshala CD module 1. What do I do?
This error normally comes when you already have a folder added in C:\Magic Paathshala\Content. All you need to do is delete MTS1 folder and again add the content by clicking on add content.
 
 
What do I do when I get an error “Specified resource cannot be found or Internet connection not active”
In case you are unable to view the www.Datacompwebtech.com site, then you need to use the following link on some other PC having a net connection & get an unlock code for you PIN number.

After getting Unlock code, Copy this Unlock Code and Paste it in the Activation Code. Now click on the Key icon. You will get a message “Content Activated successfully”
 
 
I have got an Error message number “1335”.What do I do?
Sometimes a one of CD could have an issue. In this case please contact your dealer get the CD replaced
 
 
I cannot hear the audio in the CD when I played Magic Paathshala.
Play some other CD & check if you can hear it. Check to see if you sound is on Mute. If yes, unclick the mute
 
 
I cannot view the Video in Magic Paathshala
Make Windows Media player your default player for audio & video files. Start Windows Media Player. From TOOLS menu select OPTIONS, click on File types & ensure that all check boxes are selected
 
 
Do I need to insert the CD every time I want to view Magic Paathshala?
No, once Magic Paathshala has been installed, & the content has been added & activated, No need to put the CD in the drive. We can view the content by clicking the start icon in the Paathshala.
 
 
Can I transfer the paathshala application to another
Paathshala CD’s can be run on any one PC/machine. If it is activated in any one PC it will not be allowed to be activated on any other PC as it has been licensed to the first PC.
 
 
I seem to be getting the error “Err trap 2: Unable to display presentation due to the following error: - 2147467259: Link Format. Source Full name: Failed”

There is a bug in Microsoft Office 2007 version which they too have identified & provided a solution in the form of a hot fix which can be downloaded from their site.

This bug has been fixed in hot fix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936522/  as well as Microsoft Office 2007 Service Pack 1.

This would solve the problem in all licensed user PC’s.

If you do not have a licensed version of Microsoft Office 2007 version, you may switch to Microsoft Office 2003 version
