| Annexure A – Handsets tested with MagicSMS Professional |
| Following is the list of GSM / CDMA handsets tested successfully with MagicSMS Professional using various connection methods (cable / infrared / bluetooth). While the list indicates the models successfully tested with MagicSMS Professional, Datacomp does not warrant that the same will work well in your environment. This is due to the fact that there are several makes of cables, infrared and bluetooth dongles available in the market and their drivers / software behave differently. Also the versions of the software (OS) inbuilt in the handsets may be different. Hence please make sure that you satisfy yourself about the connectivity of the handset before buying the software. Datacomp is not in a position to troubleshoot the connectivity problems. You may have to seek help from your hardware vendor. |

However, it is important to satisfy yourself by testing the handset with MagicSMS Professional before committing to buy the same from your vendor. Datacomp does not undertake any responsibility regarding the functioning or non-functioning of the handset and / or its accessories with MagicSMS Professional. Datacomp will not entertain any claims for any hardware purchased by you for using with MagicSMS Professional. |

| Important Notes |
Nokia N-Series handsets : We have experienced that in some cases the Nokia N-Series handsets did not connect successfully with MagicSMS Professional using Bluetooth. However, the connection was successful when CA-53 cable was used. This cable comes free with the handset
Motorola handsets : When connected it was able to send messages only upto 80 chars. in length. However, when we increased the message length beyond 80 chars., the status showed failed, but the message was transmitted successfully.
Sony Ericsson handsets : When connected it was able to send messages only upto 100 chars. in length. However, when we increased the message length beyond 100 chars., the status showed failed, but the message was transmitted successfully. Also the stability of connection was more reliable with cable in Walkman phones.

NOTE:
- While we have made an honest effort to test all the handsets mentioned & they have been seen to work here, we cannot guarantee that it will work similarly everywhere, due to hardware malfunction / improper use or any such action that cannot be replicated here.
- Each of the handsets should be tested with the test utility provided to you earlier. Only if the handset passes the test utility’s check, should you suggest the use of the particular handset.
